[What's this USD1 page for?]
It's for ordering items that are not listed on our shop or not listed as an option, or for paying some additional service such as custom face-up etc..
[How to use this USD1 page?]
For example, if there's an item/option costs USD30, you can add quantity 30 of this USD1 to your shopping cart, and specify in the 'comment box' on checkout page about what it's for.
